Signals & Trading Plan for Monday 2/3/20

$NDX continues to rise to new all-time highs.  $SPX appears to have recovered.  TSLA has gone parabolic.   So why are we bearish?

The answer is that market internal indicators have been sending bearish messages since Jan 22.   Sooner or later, speculators will wake up to the fact that under the hood, stocks are primed for selling rather than buying.    And the rush to exit won’t be pretty.
